As business education is scarcely taught in the classroom, GFB's mission is to empower girls who are interested in pursuing future careers in the business field. I got to work on collaborative projects with other ambassadors to create marketing content in various multimedia formats and provide insight on up-and-coming GFB initiatives.

Joined the organization in August 2021 as a student ambassador where I got to research about Businesses and interact with them. Building-U provides high school students with free access to different types of resources that allow students to improve their awareness and understanding of relevant postsecondary options. Throughout this internship, I reached out to businesses and conducted interviews with them, participated in creating resources for a funding campaign, designed building-U merchandise, etc.

Learned about time management, workflow, showing up on LinkedIn, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, SMART goals, and much more. Weekly projects helped build critical thinking skills and facilitated interaction with people from around the globe.

Through Upkey's 2 week Macro Marketing Internship, I got excellent insight on the Marketing Fundamentals, Content Marketing Strategy for Brands, content writing, video storytelling, Technical Facebook Ads launch and optimization, etc.

I was an intern at an NGO named Womenite where I worked on many projects for creating awareness about social issues like mental health, LGBTQ, etc.
