Conducts special testing as required•Take and record readings from instruments such as flowmeters, pressure gauges and pump timer.•Analyze instrument readings and make necessary adjustments to equipment.•Adjust pumping systems, blowers, sludge handling equipment, and chemical metering equipment in order to maintain steady operation.•Prepare reports and maintain operating logs.•Investigate chemical and hazardous waste spills that may have entered wastewater collection systems or other storm drainage systems.•Respond to complaints from the public and inquiries from superiors and regulators.

• Monitor all aspects of processing activities to ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality Management Program and HACCP program, regulatory and customer/buyers’ requirements.• Document plant sanitation and hygiene practices of all employees.• Monitor effectiveness of Sanitation before operations starts using ATP swabs• Check product being packed for quality and Food Safety.• Analyze finished products samples, using lab equipments such as Moisture Analyzer, Milko scan• Conduct Titration test for Sanitation Chemicals.• Assist QA team is different projects as required• Perform Micro & Chemical (pH, Fat & Moisture) analysis on work in process item and Finished Product• Ensure all CCP are being met at the time of production• Collaborate with team members for Hold and Release of products on a daily basis• Identify out-of-tolerance and/or potentially hazardous situations, ensure corrective action is taken and properly documented.• Perform data collection, data entry and accurately maintain records.Other related duties as assigned.

-To operate the DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) to ensure the wastewater stream discharge is within mandated parameters set up by governmental regulatory agencies.-Monitor and control wastewater process system to maintain compliance with various governmental regulatory agencies, including chemical needs.-Maintain electronic and hard copy records/documentation for internal and external audits, including standard daily log book records. Provide reports when requested.-Utilize production schedule in order to coordinate grab samples and other activities associated with permit requirements.-Proper usage, storage, handling and disposal of all related chemicals including various hazardous chemicals and management of restricted chemical room activities.-Troubleshoot and resolve system mechanical problems and assist other artisans with system major mechanical issues using blueprints, schematics, written/verbal instructions and manuals.-Manage transfer of liquid waste to outside haulers, dewatering of sludge accumulated from system.-Miscellaneous assigned projects/duties in facility by Maintenance Scheduler.-Other duties as assigned
