Mai holds a Master's degree from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand (AIT) majoring in Human Resource Management and completes the Accredited Immigration Consultant Diploma at Herzing College, Toronto, Canada.With many years of experience holding senior positions at multinational corporations, Mai joins as a co-founder of SEED Immigration, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. Mai is particularly specialized in human development and inclusion counseling, especially for international students in Canada, including career guidance, career selection, school and program registration, and life integration in Canada. Along with her experienced colleagues, Mai also participates in other projects related to study abroad, work, business investment, and other immigration.Prior to joining SEED Immigration Inc., Mai had 10 years of experience as a senior manager at Private Equity New Markets (PENM - a Danish Private Fund Management Company investing in emerging markets). At PENM, Mai oversaw various activities of the Representative Office in Vietnam, including Finance - Accounting, Human Resource Management, Public Relations, and Information Technology. Mai was also in charge of post-investment supports for portfolio companies, including recruiting senior management positions, training and developing human resources, and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. Prior to joining PENM's management team, Mai held the positions of HR Manager of Lux Asia Pacific in Vietnam.With a wealth of experience at key positions and in managing human resources, accumulated through education and practical work, Mai is confident to bring customers, partners, professional, dedicated and beneficial services.
