- Responsible for development and strategies execution to drive sales in Vietnammarket (New market). (Heat Exchanger products and solutions).- Responsible for coordination, implementation, and processing customers from inquiryto order.- Oversee the coordination and monitoring of project schedules, resources, equipment,and logistics.2- Planning and coordinating administrative, financial, procurement and logisticsmanagement services provided under the projects/orders.- Documenting and updating the close financial calendar for each project-end, andfiscal year-end for internal/external associates.- Maintain strong working relationship with current and prospects, ensuring all needsincluding technical advice, troubleshooting, and training as well as product andapplication supports are met.- Monitoring and report on key project milestones, mitigation actions on risks andissues, provide status updates.- Supporting HQ (Australia) in identification of potential reps, developing, and drivingproduct/project strategies as well as competitor analysis in Viet Nam (APAC) market.- Collaborate with HQ (Australia) to structure deal terms, negotiable, implement, andrun deals with existing and new clients.- To lead the business agenda by involving and engaging competence needed such aslogistics, quality, manufacturing, sustainability, etc.

- Responsible for new project, project planning, schedules, budget.- Project methodologies, tools and systems; authorization and governance processes.- Report directly to Project Manager on project progress, milestones achievement,financial performance and client (Production Dept.) satisfaction.- Align with Procurement Dept. for technical validation via quotation comparison,supplier validation, and final decision.- Site management, supervise with the consultant and its sub-contractors with fullconstruction, machines installation safety and correctly.- Troubleshooting meeting via weekly/monthly meeting.- Sourced and managed contractors for specific sites and projects while monitoringperformance.- Working with vendors, third-party to find solutions and implement them as a project toincrease the capacity of production line, improve equipment reliability, lifetime cycle.- Manage & supervise contractors & its sub-contractors executing the awardedprojects in terms of compliance with HSE.

- Create drawings by SolidWorks CAD software that visually depicts design ideas.- Produce conceptual design, detailed design, related drawings & technicalspecifications for new assigned projects.- Consult managers/clients about design requirements related to ergonomic, userfriendly designs.- Align technical-production-Canadian expert team to create Scope of work,Specification, layout, drawing via: ISO, ANSI, standards.- Investigate appropriate materials with the production processes and clarify designissues if any.- Test product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software andcomputer-aided design (CAD) technology.- Gather information and data, prepare and update on drawings, proposals oncustomized products/projects.- Implementation and Execution of designing work for projects of mechanicalmachinery and equipment installations as per business needs.- Assist the maintenance team to execute preventive and corrective maintenanceprocesses related to design and drawings.
