Maiy is a young artist from Greece.Her musical education sums up to more than 10 years of vocal training,theory,piano and classic guitar,and enjoys writing music & lyrics.She attended a one-year Performing Art program and has 5 years of dance training.She performed live in numerous clubs and venues in Greece and collaborated with famous Greek artists.In 2011-2013 she was the female half of the greek cutting-edge poprock duo "Velvet Fire",under Universal,and released 3 singles ,in which she was featured as the female lead vocalist and was nominated for a Mad Music Award in 2012 .Also nominated to represent Greece in Eurovision Song Contest with"No Parking"in which Maiy was featured as the sole lead vocalist.Released her first single as a solo artist in Feb 2015:"Sweet Harmony",a remake of The Beloved worldwide 90's hit ,in collaboration with the greek dj/producer Mark Angelo(Far from everything,),under Heaven music.Highly appraised,breaking greek borders when it was licenced for release through Subside Records for Italy-Malta and San Marino respectively,in November 2015.In April 2016 she releases another dance single:"Stalls",in collaboration with Dj PuffHz ,while co-writing lyrics and melody lines with Dj Arva(Bang).In July 31,she releases her first Greek hit single:"Fygame Twra" in cooperation with rappers PL and Koba.There,Maiy joins in,also in the lyrics and toplining.It became a huge radio hit with high viewings on Youtube and streaming in Tv channels.Maiy alsotook up broadcasting daily as a presenter and Vj/dj , with live streaming ,on the top leading online Greek music radio of AthensMetroMall.MAIY just released her latest digital single:"Sima Kindinou",in collab with well-known producers/writers in greek music industry.
