Brief description of duties and responsibilities:1 Diagnosis and management of outpatient (OP's of 90- 100 ) and inpatient eye care.2 In a peripheral hospital in coonoor. Treatment of various ophthalmic emergencies, performing various ophthalmic laser procedures, individually performing various ophthalmic surgeries including primarily phaco cataract surgery with premium IOL's, SICS, recurrent pterygium surgeries with limbal stem cell graft.

Brief description of duties and responsibilities:o In a tertiary eye care Hospital in Tamil Nadu. Diagnosis and management of outpatient (OP's of 90-100 ) and inpatient care. Teaching post graduate DNB trainees.o In a peripheral hospital in Ooty.Involved in administration HR management and various ophthalmic emergencies, performing various ophthalmic laser procedures, individually performing various ophthalmic surgeries including primarily phaco cataract surgery, SICS , C3R, recurrent pterygium surgeries with limbal stem cell graft,Trabeculectomy.o Interpreting OCT(RNFL scan and macular scan), Orbscan( for LASIK and KC), FFA and HVF (SAP).o Diagnosing and treating various glaucoma's, uveitis, optic neuritis with IV Methyl Prednisolone, orbital cellulitis, keratoconjunctivitis, corneal ulcers, severe VKC,ABK/PBK, fibrovascular AMD and RVO associated macular edema and refactory diabetic macular edema with intravitreal anti VEGF's.

Examining various eye ailments and diseases such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis, glaucoma and treating them with proper medications. Examining retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, retinitis choroiditis, retinal peripheral degenerations and various other retinal detachment cases and refering them to retinal specialist for further management.

Brief description of duties and responsibilities: Medical Officer1 In a Multi-specialty Hospital (Command Hospital) in Kolkata with a bed strength of 850.Diagnosis and management of outpatient and inpatient health care. Taking care of various medical & surgical emergencies in intensive care units etc. Attending and giving presentations in various CME’s.2 In a Field hospital with responsibility to look after the health status of 2000 troops (people) in a Field and Counter Insurgency area of (Doda) Jammu & Kashmir. 3 Organization and management of a Primary Medical Center with facilities of providing medical and surgical emergency care and primary health care in various Infantry units of Army in Field and Peace areas with strength of 1200 troops each and their families and Infantry units 4/8 Gorkha Rifles and 63 Rashtriya Rifles with strength of 600-1200 troops (people).
