Since 2009 I work in the field of transnational EU funded projects. My educational background is in culture, arts and project management. My 10+ years working experience stands mostly in education, intercultural dialogue and social inclusion, dealing with project planning, networking strategies and communication with a wide network of organisations and institutions aiming to grow through European and international cooperation. I have started working on training courses and international encounters aimed at youth development and capacity building, using non-formal education methods and exploring topics from active citizenship, cooperation between no profit and public sectors, supporting youth organisations development, to raising awareness on non-violence, gender equality, human trafficking, etc. The cooperation has included organisations form Euro-Mediterranean, Balkan and Caucasus countries.The following phase was marked by project writing experiences, mainly for EU calls for proposals (Lifelong Learning Programme, Daphne III, Youth in Action, Europe for Citizens, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship Programmes) and management of transnational projects the field of intercultural dialogue and migration issues.Currently I am holding the role of Networking coordinator, having an important role for the synergy and growth of the thematic Units of CESIE (mainly School, Adult education, Migration and Youth and supporting Rights and Justice and Higher education and Research units). Since 2013 I have organised 20 EU networking events in Brussels, involving 300+ organisations, developing together projects ideas and proposals with excellent approval rates.
