In my foundation, I am responsible for creating initiatives, preparing applications for grants, as well as coordinating and accounting projects. Our organization works on a project basis. Every day I have a job at the Eduexpert multimedia publishing house, where for almost 4 years I have been working as a coordinator of educational projects, mainly under European funds.I am a well-organized person who likes to act according to plan, but is also open to new challenges. I achieve goals effectively, but I know that reality sometimes verifies them, so I try to be flexible and always have the so-called plan B. I have an analytical mind and I treat the problem as a case for which there is at least one solution. When working, contact with people is important to me. I have a head full of ideas and I like to introduce them to others, which is why I appreciate team work. I can also do tasks on my own.
