Service user support includes supporting them in and around Dundee for leisurely purposes and/or appointments, preparing weekly activity planners, administering medication 3 times a day and evening activities such as having a coffee and chat or listening to music with a service user.Other responsibilities include handling service users’ finances, writing their running notes on everyday activities and their emotional wellbeing, giving verbal handovers to colleagues, and general cleaning duties.

Stationed at several attractions in the adventure park, including the kiosk, a 740m zipline, a mountainbike park, a climbing tower and a summer toboggan ride.Responsibilities included fitting customers with climbing and zipline harnesses and detaching them safely at the bottom, allocating customers with suitable mountain bikes and briefing them on available trails, and attaching summer toboggans to a pully-lift which transported customers up the hill to the start of the halfpipe toboggan trail.Sold pre-packaged food and drinks at the kiosk, took initiative when handling stock rotation as well as general cleaning and organisational duties, and handled cash and till payments with confidence, conversing in both Swedish and English.
