• Ensure that agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project teams• Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards• Collect, measure, report and communicate project progress with a variety of team leaders/members internally and towards the clients• Assist the Project Managers and Team Leads in the production and maintenance of project plans• Monitor and track project progress and performance against project plans• Capture monthly metrics associated with project delivery• Develop and maintain the project reporting systems in Power BI. Produce different types of reports used by Project managers, Team Leads and managers• Create project monthly reports for all TM project and summary monthly reports for SLA clients• Support the ongoing development of the PMO methodology, including the development and improvement of standard tools and templates• Responsible for Month closing procedures• Responsible for starting and setting up project management software JIRA for our project and issue tracking, currently acting as admin• Key user in SAP S/4HANA – initiating and maintaining the overall project data for all projects (from creation to completion)• Provide ongoing education and support for all project team members on the proper use of project management tools
