As HR Recruitment Consultant, I am a trusted recruitment partner in all attraction related topics for hiring managers in the Northern European countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland). I am leading the full cycle recruitment process, including: - Planning/profile meetings with hiring managers - Creating job ads and distributing through relevant channels- Ensuring the optimal candidate flow through recruitment system (SuccessFactors) - Screening incomming applications- Conducting interviews including assessment feedback - Cooperate with hiring manager and HR to finalize hire, including job offer and salary negotiation- Employer branding initiatives designed to promote Grundfos as an employer of choice
