Experienced executive responsible for developing and leading Kolektor's overall IT strategy. I provide vision and leadership in all aspects of IT management and operations for the entire Kolektor system of 50+ manufacturing, technology and construction companies.Through the creation and implementation of Kolektor's IT policies, protocols and standards, I am also strongly involved in the digital transformation of the company. In this area, I direct and manage the cooperation with a team of experts from the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics in Ljubljana, where I was also actively involved in the development of the I 4.0 READINESS app. Being part of the team that developed this application was a particularly satisfying experience, as it is one of the most advanced and methodologically sophisticated tools for assessing digital maturity in the region.In implementing and managing various IT systems and solutions to support Kolektor's priorities and goals, I always strive to improve the business and user experience through the use of modern IT systems, cloud platforms, artificial intelligence solutions and security optimisation. Therefore, it is also one of my top priorities to keep up with the latest technologies that can improve the performance of the IT department performance and increase company profits.
