My passion is to be the IT-specialist who acts as the link between IT and people. I do this by understanding the individual's daily process and then explain how the IT system supports this. I believe in IT shall be a tool supporting the business – not vice versa. In this way, I also create value by moving people in transition.My background is within ERP implementations, Business Controlling and accounting in several international companies.
