Current-Conducting audits of current processes to identify areas for improvement-Developing and implementing new processes that improve performance or efficiency-Creating a plan of action to improve efficiency in processes based on findings from audits and research-Managing employee performance by providing training, coaching, and feedback on job performance-Coordinating with other departments to improve operational efficiency-Organizing and leading Kaizen sessions-Develop a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking through good practices-Active participation in external and internal audits
