Analytic and result oriented marketing enthusiast who are driven and motivated by telling the good story.My interest in customer behavior and customer involvement sparked in my very first job - 11 years later, this is still the turning point of both my professional and academic career. Through my career, I have accumulated extensive knowledge within go-to-market strategies, technology trends, marketing, and strategic communication. With the sole responsibility of one of CA’s study segments, I gained knowledge within relationship management, strategic communication, branding, and customer behavior. Furthermore, both my sales skills, public speaking skills, and presentation skills were also fine-tuned. Furthermore, creating exciting graphics for e.g., social media, presentations, websites etc. has always been a passion of mine – which I exploit at any given chance. Through my bachelor’s and master’s degree, I especially devoted my attention towards the more exploratory courses, where the contemporary ideas were explored and challenged. Through my five years at the University of Southern Denmark, I collaborated with multiple corporations.Returning to my core interest, my master thesis was done in collaboration with Kompan A/S, where the opportunities of public consultation, customer involvement, and VoC approaches were uncovered and consolidated into an applicable model, called the IVP model, which enables companies to benefit from the trend of public consultation in a B2B setting and to include customers’ needs in product offerings.
