This included amongst others the kick-off of the groupwide Diversity & Inclusion journey, with clear ambitions and a roadmap for the years ahead; the launch of a global employer brand and career site; and latest multiple “Leading with Care” initiatives to support leaders and employees while working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.During Maj Britt’s many years with SAP, Maj Britt played a key role in the transformational journey of HR, promoting not only true HR Business Partnering and how to increase efficiencies through HR Shared Services and Self Service, but also the democratization of talent management to increase employee engagement and trust. In terms of the latter, the current pandemic has in Maj Britt’s view accelerated the need for a new model of talent management – one focused on employee support, business agility, and readiness for change. Prior to her career in HR, Maj Britt spent 7 years as Business Consultant in Change Management with Accenture, leading business- and organizational transformations in multiple industries, such as consumer products, pharmaceutical, insurance, travel & transportation, engineering & construction, and telecommunications. Maj Britt enjoys sharing her experiences as a speaker and is a contributor to several publications. She is based in Copenhagen, Denmark - and holds a Master of Science in International Business.
