My Experience as an Admin HR Assistant with ACTED was helpful to provide my skills and my knowledge I was HR focal point in Mafraq Office which considered one of the biggest ACTED offices with around 70 staff member. I was responsible of the following: Onboarding: prepping new staff contract & print needed documents & badgeOffboarding: prepare staff exit & ensure all documents in the file.Filing & Archiving: ensure that all new staff have proper documents, and all documents are well archived on time. E-filing: scan all staff documents and well organized on server. Attendance sheet: print and share attendance sheet for all staff members and ensure all data are double checked. Recruitment: calling candidates & follow up on tests. Prepare salary slips, work certificates when needed. Then the 2nd experience was doing all administrative tasks such as making and tracking the attendance and absence of employees and handing them over to human resources and continuous communication with them. I also learned to make a purchase order or we called it a PR on the Excel then I keeping touch with operations department and I deigned forms as needed on the different Microsoft office programs. And I doing the archives system for work purposes files on computer and on paper and I was a Responsible on filing papers, I was a good Coordinator regarding Training rooms and preparing tools, also attended many trainings related to child protection, code of conduct, foundational and technical trainingAnd I have a TOT Training course I learned how to deal with refigees and with challenging people who are live in the Camp and how to deal with children and adulocent kids males and females And during the last three years of the work I have been learning about how we can implement and execute the the projects and how I could monitor the projects progress It was a very powerful experience especially in Azraq CampMy experience teach me How do I differentiate between working in camp and in outside the camp such as in host communities I was controlled and worked under pressure.
