 Manage urgent and complicated issues, request, incident, and oversee the process of communicating urgent activities of the group. Create, implement, and oversee a set of operational metrics measuring the effectiveness of the department, analyze personnel indicators and create action plans accordingly. Manage suppliers’ relationships that depend on daily operational needs and coordinate activities with external solution providers, network services and/or other information systems parties.  Assist in recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill bases, thus, the states are optimally motivated and enabled which maximizes their potential and contribution to the company. Ensure the delivery of high customer service and support experience by improving services, tools and solutions regarding the quality and efficiency

Configuering ASA Routers, PIX and Fortinet Firewalls.. Installing and Managing SQL Servers.. Backup and Restore the Servers and Employees Files using “ Symantec Backup Exec ”. Set a Disaster Receover Plan.. Auditing Backup for 7 Branches across the Glob as we host the Disaster Receovery Site at Jordan ( KSA,LEB,OMAN,QTR,BAH,UAE and Amman ) to make sure that the Backup is Reliableand Ready for Restore whenever Needed
