 Manage urgent and complicated issues, request, incident, and oversee the process of communicating urgent activities of the group. Create, implement, and oversee a set of operational metrics measuring the effectiveness of the department, analyze personnel indicators and create action plans accordingly. Manage suppliers’ relationships that depend on daily operational needs and coordinate activities with external solution providers, network services and/or other information systems parties.  Assist in recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill bases, thus, the states are optimally motivated and enabled which maximizes their potential and contribution to the company. Ensure the delivery of high customer service and support experience by improving services, tools and solutions regarding the quality and efficiency

Key Responsibilities• Provide onsite and remote support to users for problems related to the network, the operator, the software, operating systems and system hardware diagnosis• Conduct research, realize Proof of Concept on new technologies and submit a inal technical report to the hierarchy regarding small to medium projects• Install and configure speciĮed software packages such as operating systems, business applications and other oĸce tools, and handle relevant maintenance and troubleshooting• Monitor the systems’ functioning and network stability and take necessary measures to prevent system failure• Train users on equipment, software, telephone systems, and manuals and ensure that IT policies and procedures are applied and respected• Coordinate with suppliers in order to organize accesses in compliance with security standards• Specific for Multimedia: Perform a periodic backup of business data as per company policy• Projects:• Prepare the VDI infrastructure in Backoffice and colocation with corporation with third party• Install Video call conformance Cisco TV• Install and configure AP to cover the whole two floors for 150 Employee

Techincal Responisablites :- Installing , Configuering and Managing Servers ( Windows Servers , Active Directory, DNS , DHCP , ISA , Exchange Servers , Hyper-V and VMware ESX Servers )- Installing , Configuering Network Devices and Firewalls “ Configuring Site to Site VPN Connection between our Sites and make sure the Network is secure ”. Installing and Configeruing Cisco Voice Gateways ( VOIP ) and Cisco Phones , make sure that the Connection is Relaible between the phones acros the sites.. Configuering ASA Routers, PIX and Fortinet Firewalls.. Installing and Managing SQL Servers.. Backup and Restore the Servers and Employees Files using “ Symantec Backup Exec ”. Set a Disaster Receover Plan.. Auditing Backup for 7 Branches across the Glob as we host the Disaster Receovery Site at Jordan ( KSA,LEB,OMAN,QTR,BAH,UAE and Amman ) to make sure that the Backup is Reliableand Ready for Restore whenever Needed
