Head of Environmental Division / Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities:-• Head of Tendering Department for collecting tender inquiries, pricing and preparing proposal including Technical and Commercial Offers.• Head of Operation and Maintenance Department – the department is responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (more than 30 nos.) all over UAE. • Business Development Manager – responsible for finding new Clients and markets and for new areas like Sudan, Syria, Palestine, Saudi Arabia,India, Oman, Qatar, Libya, Iran and Iraq.• Projects Manager for projects execution for sewage treatment plant ( more than 30 projects ) , Gas Chlorination , Water treatment Plants , Industrial Waste Treatment Plants , ntetworks .• Marketing ManagerDevelop a marketing strategy within the project time line for the new product. (Research and analyze target markets, Plan penetration of new market, Develop marketing budget, Develop promotional strategies, Meet sales targets).Implement strategies, track results and adjust as required to maximize marketing effectiveness.Develop close customer relations and long-term loyalties to generate cash flow and profit.Foresee potential future market developments.Develop and implement marketing strategy, adjust as required.Establish productive contacts with marketing vendors.EstablishPerforms other related work as required.
