Technical Engineer Abdali Mall Project / Amman- Jordan  Retail & Entertainment Complex  200 million Dollar cost  222,000 m2 Area; 135,000 m2 Sub-structure (five levels) & 87,000m2 Super-structure (seven levels) divided to seven zones. Technical Engineer with the following responsibilities: • Preparing all structural details and drawings for structural elements such as: (Beams, solid slabs, columns, walls, stairs, retaining walls, water tanks, composite beams, composite columns,….etc) based on the sequence of actions to be used by engineers on the site • Preparing the post tension slabs with internal stressing pans, dead ends and live end anchorage by all additional reinforcement for potential openings and other elements, dowels of the composite beams, mesh reinforcement • Preparing framing plans and coordinates for the project. • Coordination with Architectural, mechanical and electrical works and drawings. • Monitoring subcontractor’s works, detailing drawings and submittals in addition to ensuring the correspondence of the materials and drawings with specifications and tender drawings. • Conducting shop drawings transmittals, Document transmittals, Requests for information, material approval requests, contractor proposals & confirmation of a verbal instruction….. etc. • Preparing monthly reports. • Quantity surveying for steel (Bar bending), Concrete, frameworks, Etc.
