1- Smoothly monthly plan-Make sure all raw materials available and release from QC department-Make sure to provide and ensure the packaging material for weekly plan are provided -Weekly purchasing orders for packaging items-Coordinate with ware houses and supply for weekly monitoring2- Implementation of packaging plan (final package VS produced)-Coordinate with packaging section to monitor the weekly plan apply- trying to minimize the challenges in weekly plan - Drop down the weekly plan depends on:• previous weekly plan• production plan• urgent orders and manufacturing priorities• stock of ware houses3- Monthly budget for secondary material4- Classify the ABC classification for primary and Secondary packaging materials based on the slowmoving and fast-moving items5- Measure productivity for packaging and production (daily)
