 Established planning department in compliance with PepsiCo policies Lead West Balkans AOP/Forecasts process Responsible for initiating and controlling annual process of forecast and plan (AOP and Strat plan).  Responsible for target setting and growth performance in the AOP/Fcst process Close follow-up daily, monthly and annual accomplishment vs forecast/plan with estimated potential benefits or hits to business performance results. Full financial advisory/consultancy support to all departments within the organization. Support Business with ad-hoc cost benefit financial justifications Managing Monthly/Annual P&L closing process Evaluating and approving Capex investments Evaluating and financially justifying all Commercial activities (Selling, Logistics and Marketing).  Presenting performance accomplishments to Regional Planning team with detail explanations of any variations to plan/forecast. Updating and presenting performance accomplishment to the Senior Management team. Responsible for Hyperion reporting both AOP and Fcst process Build team talents and their development
