Responsibilities and achievements included;- Acting as liaison between the brokers, airlines, clients and suppliers.- Creating a “Flight Brief” (flight documents for confirmed charters) and ensuring that the Flight Brief packs are received by all who need them.- Setting up the Middle East flight Service Section with translations of all Briefs, Safety notices and documents.- Represented ACS at the airports at the time of some charter flights to ensure that the passengers pre-flight experience runs smoothly.- Travelling on some charters as the ACS in-flight Manager.- When travelling for ACS - remotely watching the process of charters including the aircraft positioning, communicating with airports, airlines, caterers and other suppliers for updates and check that everything is in order.- Updated the customers on the progress of the flight when necessary.- Resolving problems when necessary in the pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed.- Build effective working relationships with ACS colleagues, clients and suppliers.- Arranged travel for all department members when they are representing ACS on a charter.
