Majda is the co-founder and associate director of SHIFTIN, a tech and digital agency based in Algiers, specializing in crafting websites, complex web platforms, mobile apps, and helping our clients be visible online through digital marketing. Among our clients: Renault, Sanofi, Danone, ASUS, Renault Trucks, Novo Nordisk, Caprice, Faderco, Canbebe, and many others...With her team at SHIFTIN, Majda also organizes the Algeria Web Awards, a national competition that honors the best innovators and content creators online.A technology enthusiast since her young age, Majda launched and managed a successful e-learning platform, eduDz, when she was still in high school. She then became the Mozilla representative for Algeria for 3 years, building their community and delivering training and workshops throughout the country.Majda is a recipient of the Fulbright scholarship, earning a Master’s degree in information systems management and data analytics at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has had multiple international experiences, including giving talks at Stanford University, and multiple TEDx events.
