JOB SUMMARY• Prepare, review, negotiate legal terms and finalize Contracts of (Petromin Express , Subleases and Accommodations) & provide professional advice on law-related matters to be legally secured.• Support management/operation team for any issues related to Petromin Express sites or government.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Works on legal matters such as reviewing existing agreements, explain/negotiate with the Landlords/ Tenants the articles of Contracts and finalize it to sign off.• Developing the PE, agreements Templates accordingly with the market requirements & behavior.• Provides a legal advice on the potential liability, in order to take necessary steps and procedures to control the company exposure.• Reviews all commercial contracts that company enters to ensure its interest are safe quarded.• Directs control, responds, draft letters, lead the legal matters for Fuel Stations team.• Negotiate the Contracts terms with external partners.• Liaison with partners for seamless execution from negotiation to opening Gas Station.• Ensure rentals income and rentals expense is correctly reflected in PL.
