ERP/CRM Implementation •Plan, Analyze, Design and Manage the Full ERP/CRM Implementation across all the companies within the Group. •Ensure the flow of all information to be on the standard practices. Maintain all ERP/CRM reporting and system modifications. •Understanding service objectives and capturing business requirements through active listening & questioning techniques. •Understanding of how IT interfaces with multiple functional groups within THE Group. •Construct process models including data dictionaries and volume estimates. •Test business applications from a business perspective to ensure that all client requirements are incorporated into the design Security & Networking •Plans and implements additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide in coordination with corporate leadership. •Oversees the implementation of network security at the corporate level. •Anticipates future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy needs. •Datacenter management & Enterprise Mail Exchange system Telephony Asset Management Digital Transformation & Communication •Ensures department is well informed, at all times, of changes and news worthy events within the company. •Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors. •Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual. • Promotes the company through speaking engagements at industry conferences and involvement in local business organizations. •Digitalization is the integration of digital technologies into everyday life of the organization with focus on everything that can be digitized. Management •Exercises staff oversight to ensure new operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall company goals and objectives. •Holds responsibility for IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis.

•Providing “Global” Dynamics GP consulting services for group of companies.•Serving as internal project manager for clients to convert/switch to Microsoft Dynamics GP.•Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM.•Provide process analysis, requirements gathering, system design, configuration and data conversion Specifications.•Preparation of operational analysis documents, Solution Design and Project Planning Documentation•Train client Users (Both Management & End Users) on Dynamics GP and FRx & post implementation support.•Provide Product demonstration for different industry clients.

•Providing consulting services for consulting firms, private and government companies for ERP implementations.•Serving as internal project manager for clients engaging outside consulting firms to convert or switch to ERP.•Preparation of operational analysis documents and Solution Design Documents and Project Plan Documentation•Train client Users on Microsoft Dynamics GP & FRx and Provide post implementation support. •Serve as a technical contributor and consultancy for integration of data into GP from other multiple applications Like front desk, hard ware interfaces like electronic weight bridge data intergradations with Dynamics GP
