Key Responsibilities:1. Build and lead positive business relationships with clients by closely observing projects, providing valuable information, and resolving concerns.2. Set annual media strategies for all clients under different categories and oversee the annual budgets.3. Discuss the marketing and business goals with clients to identify their needs and objectives, and find effective solutions and recommendations to achieve the best possible results.4. Look for new and creative media opportunities in the market, and propose the best of them to my clients.4. Developing annual strategies and convert ideas into concrete tasks, and delegating them to the right individuals and departments.5. Work closely with the team to ensure proper delivery and best results. 6. Quality control of all written media evaluations, recommendations and presentations to Clients.7. Manage project deadlines and monitor milestones through completion stage, and ensure proper implementation, creativity, and tactical executions.8. Build skilled teams by identifying the best training needs and development programs.9. Ensure the team maintains a good relationship with clients and media owners.10. Involve in all major Client negotiations with the media along with buying department.11. Business developing, always searching for new business opportunities, and lead on new business pitches to expand the agency’s portfolio.12. Identify areas of organic growth and new revenue streams.13. Achieve the best results by coordinating with data and research department, finance, other functional departments within the organization, and regional offices.
