In particular : - Management of the Legal team composed of 5 persons localized both in Paris and New York.- Support Board of Executives in all risk management matters- Compliance of the Dailymotion activities and properties with all regulatory requirements and applicable laws, such as the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR or RGPD), LCEN, etc.- Contractual Support : Negotiation and drafting of local and international contracts including but not restrictively limited to : (i) Content & Marketing deals (video hosting agreements, content licenses, sponsorships and others)(ii) Online Advertising deals (direct sales, programmatic, ad networks, sales agencies, ad serving technology, special operations etc...)(iii) distribution deals (Web, Mobile, TV, IPTV…)(iv) IT/Product deals (bandwidth contracts, fingerprinting technology, API, software licences agreements, services)(v) others : Finance, HR etc.. - Corporate matters- Legal support of Local (France) and International (US, APAC and EMEA) teams and experienced senior managers (sales, business development, marketing/communication, content, finance). - Litigations and pre-litigation (DMCA in particular)- Management and protection of the intellectual property rights of the group (trademarks & domain names portfolios, software etc…)- General affairs: Insurance policies and matters Collecting Societies agreements, Offices Leases, etc. Show less
