Currently leading the Facilities Management team at Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) in Riyadh, the role as Facilities Operation Unit Manager encompasses the oversight of complex facility operations and project management tasks. Managing a dedicated team of 11 facilities officers and technicians, responsibilities include ensuring adherence to the highest standards in operational and maintenance activities. The position is pivotal in spearheading technical evaluation committees, advancing workflow documentation, and leveraging Key Performance Indicators to enhance task monitoring and productivity.With a background as a Facility Engineer at both SDAIA and Flynas, expertise has been honed in preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts, and overseeing extensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects. This experience contributes to a robust understanding of strategic facility management, with a focus on maintaining safety, optimizing space utilization, and aligning operations with overarching corporate objectives.As a Certified Facility Manager (CFM), the commitment to upholding the principles of effective facility management is evident through continuous professional development and leadership in various project settings. This role is supported by a proven track record in technical evaluations, contract management, and a strategic approach to facility and asset management, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.
