Experienced Facilities Management professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Hospital & Healthcare industry. Skilled in operations and maintenance management, Avaya system, CISCO systems, BMS, fire systems, troubleshooting, and training. Seeking a challenging position in Facilities Management to utilize my strong engineering background and project management skills.

Handling of the projects is for Facilities Management( Fire alarm system, building automation systems, Door Access systems, pneumatic tube system, nurse call system, CATV system, PABX system, paging system..etc)

- Supervise the Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering- Coordinate and liaises with designated Engineers in the Electrical, Mechanical and Building Services- To directly supervise the Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering- To implement policies and programmers as directed by Deputy Executive Director.- Ensures compliance with all site Fire and Safety Procedures, NGHA policies and procedures, departmental safety, JCI stander and CBAHI.- Responsible for the operation of Permit to Work Systems for the Section for general engineering.- Formulate all necessary safety procedures for the assigned areas of responsibility.- Oversees the operations of work Order and Planned Preventive Maintenance system.- Oversees the operation of Quality Control System for Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering Section.- Identify staff development and training needs and liaises with Training and development department in all related aspects.- Implement policies and procedure programs as directed by immediate superior.

- Responsible for the System Operation and Analysis Section in all regions of NGHA.- Develops and monitors the telecommunication systems in all area of NGHA- Responsible of setting-up standards of National Guard Health Affairs and ensures technical compliance with the existing and purchased systems.- Responsible for corporate planning, monitoring, and upgrading of the existing digital system, such as; Telephone System, Paging System, Microwave System, Satellite System, Wireless Radio System, and any other added system in the near future.- Monitory the daily performance of telecommunication equipments in all area of NGHA- Direct and assign planning, expansion, maintenance for telecommunication activities for all regions of NGHA-Involve for forecasting plans for NGHA departments- Responsible for budgeting and acquiring telecommunication equipments for all regions of NGHA. - Coordinates and supervises with the sub-contractors to ensure their compliance towards the Hospital requirements.- Provides administrative and technical training for new staff.- Ensures the operation of assigned equipments and monitors all the communications system operations to ensure the quality of services.- Assists in a Saudi staff-training program.- Establishes the standard between Hospitals or Clinics for expansions and implementations of the system.- All works shall be inspected, tested and accepted in order to meet the standards and procedures of Corporate Communications Department, Health Affairs and International Standard.- Ensures the variations and changes for the system as per policy and procedure of Corporate Communications Department and Health Affairs.- Ensures all equipment and application in compliance with the ITU, IEEE and Health Affairs standards.- Monitors the daily performance of the Communications Engineers & Communications System Operators.- Establishing and configuring the communication links between NGHA and National Guard network communication

Duties &Responsibilities as Acting Deputy Associate Executive Director:- Provides leadership, guidance, support and supervision to all departmental staff, and takes responsibility for the day-to-day operation (including all employee related matters) ensuring compliance with NGHA and departmental policies and procedures - Prepares the project and operational annual budget plan- Monitors and ensures the operational performance of the telecommunications systems and other support services- Carries out the necessary functional development for the department- Managing the major project activities for the low current systems and data- Identifies and implements the necessary requirements for National Guard Health Affairs and ensures technical compliance with existing systems- Directs and establishes the communication links and configurations between NGHA and affiliated facilities within the assigned areas- Develops preventive maintenance programs for NGHA communications services- Responsible for staff management related issues, for example, performance evaluations, recruitment and selection, staff orientation and training

- Head of Telecommunications operations in NGHA-Participates in the planning, monitoring, developing and upgrading of the existing communications systems, supporting programs and additional systems.-Coordinates the activities of the department as they relate to the activities of other divisions and departments-Involved in designing, planning, execution and operating many mega projects -Reviews and implements the approved plans and designs of the telecommunication systems for the new expansions and established departments of NGHA and affiliated facilities-Performs troubleshooting and fixing of the telecommunications equipment and submits reports as directed-Coordinates and supervises the staff and sub-contractors to ensure compliance of NGHA requirements, quality and safety standards are adhered to for compliance with international standards
