In February 2016 I got selected by Brf Leadership Team in KSA to join the Management Training Programm for full year. During the program I was exposed to work in different functions in rotational period of three months as per the following:1- Human Resources (3 months)I got the opportunity to support the business growth and expansion plans through working as recruiting specialist supplying the company with talents of high caliber.2- Sales (3 Months):I got the opportunity to support the numerical distribution strategy through working as sales executive bringing new accounts (customers) to the business.3- Logistics (3 months):I got the opportunity to develop Freight Budget Optimization process to control annual distribution budget that contributed into improving the accuracy of budget forecast, distribution fleet utilization, generating monthly savings and achieving our logistics operational expenses(OPEX).4-Sales Excellence (3 months):I got the opportunity to support the implementation of sales excellence key projects for 2016 which are BRF Sales Academy and Sales Reinforcement to support and improve the ways of executing commercial function.Currently I am handling the role of Logistics Quality and Excellence Specialist handling the following:1- implementation of controlling and monitoring systems to measure and improve service level and operation efficiency.2- defining and analyzing operational factors and constraints that contribute to the adherence to the deliveries planning and service level.3- improving fleet utilization, planning Adherence and Quality in distribution.4- developing controlling tools to sustain improvements on distribution activities.5- standardizing fleet requirements and specifications according to our companies standards.
