I have a strong background in rooms division and reservation, having managed these departments at InterContinental Hotels Group for 8 years before becoming the Hotel Manager. I also have a bachelor's degree in Islamic law, which gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the diverse needs and expectations of our guests and partners.
