- Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.- Implements and maintains filing system, using paper (Hard copies) and computer (Soft copies).- Assists the HR Supervisor with the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.- Support HR department implementing training and development programs to ensure optimal company-wide performance. - Responsible for the staff cafeteria- Plans, coordinates, and executes special events such as Birthdays, national days, Long Service Award, and other events/celebrations that take place during the year- Responsible for renewing employees’ residence permits, municipal cards, and government permits- Responsible for everything related to new employees, such as contracts, medical insurance, etc- Assists with employee queries regarding name badges, letters of introduction etc.- Provides regular updates of First Aid and take responsibility for distribution to all departments - Assists with the preparation of training programs, including Orientation and other generic programs, completing all employee’s administration, e.g., Orientation packs, invitations, and certificates.- Responsible for cooperative training students + Tamheer trainees

- Attending periodic meetings to follow up on the progress of the hotel's activity with department managers.- Onboarding new employees. This includes orienting new employees to the hotel's policies and procedures, providing training, and helping them to get settled in.- Compensation and benefits. This includes administering the hotel's compensation and benefits programs, such as salaries, wages, bonuses, and health insurance.- Comply with labor laws. This includes ensuring that the hotel complies with all applicable labor laws, such as those related to wages, hours, and safety.- Follow-up reports with the relevant government agencies.- Issuing permits and licenses and ensuring that all licenses are renewed and not expired.- Registering employees in the fingerprint device, as well as activating their job number according to their job titles.- Follow up the files of employees, whether temporary or permanent, or even trainees.
