As the manager of Beit Jaddi Group, I took the lead in overseeing the company during a critical period when it was facing significant financial losses due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. My primary responsibility was to steer the company through these challenges and implement strategies to reduce further expansion and stabilize the business.To address the substantial losses, I initiated a strategic restructuring plan that focused on optimizing operations, cutting unnecessary costs, and streamlining the company’s resources. This approach was essential to prevent further financial strain and to safeguard the company's future.One of my key accomplishments was effectively managing the downsizing process without compromising the company’s core values and long-term vision. By reducing operational inefficiencies and ensuring careful financial planning, I successfully minimized losses and helped the company recover its stability during this challenging time.Through careful management and a focus on sustainability, I was able to restore a level of control and lay the foundation for the company to move forward in a more secure and focused direction.
