During my time a Container Management Company, I initially filled the role of Operations Dispatch. This role required me to coordinate the operations daily schedule while frequently interacting with customers. From this role I went on to developing the company e-commerce site in which I launched successfully at the end of the project. Another part of my daily activities involved me troubleshooting and fixing and technical problems that may have occurred with the local LAN.

While at Magic, I worked directly for the CEO David Miller. I was responsible for creating and troubleshooting Excel spreadsheets driven by formulas. Also I was responsible for various purchasing tasks, parts inventory management and computer system support.

In conjunction with Lucent Technologies, I worked on a team of RF Engineers that were implementing and testing the 3G signal that Cingular Wireless was preparing to launch in September of 2006. I was responsible for collecting data via a laptop and cell phone kit, all; I was also required to troubleshoot any issues that would arise while in the field.

In this role, I was responsible for the technical documentation of procedures required for maintaining the current web-based application used to place supply orders for all of Wendy's corporate owned stores. Also, I contributed to other aspects of testing and maintenance for their system.
