■ Finance & TaxCurrently I am involved in a global project in the area of Tax Strategy & Implementation. This project involves several themes; Transfer Pricing, Recharging and Withholding tax. Goal is to develop a tax optimized Business Process Model. We report to CFO level. Main activities:- Creation of simulation models- Per country analysis- Writing recommendations per country and or per continent- Guide implementation of new business model■ Motorola integrationNSN procured a large part of Motorola business in 2010 with a scope of 1 billion USD and 6.000 headcount.Main activities:- Project admin; building and maintaining the work packages, the risk register, issue log and databases.- Data analysis of Motorola financials such as balance sheets and customer contracts.- Developing global training programs; creation of training materials, moderating for 1000+ people.- Implementation and thereafter the exit strategy of the global transitional services agreement (5MUSD). ■ Internal Communications Netherlands and North East Region:- All internal communication; Country Management Letter, Employee Engagement, designing the intranet, HR communications, Facility communications, internal magazine- Event management; all internal events for employees both in office location as off site locations (incl procurement and project management).
