During my time at EG Data Inform A/S I worked with the following products from a technical standpoint.- Firewalls: Juniper SSG as well as SRX series, Sonicwalls and (Cisco)- HP switches- SSL appliances: Juniper SA series - Two factor authentication: Vasco as well as SMS-passcode- Reporting/debugging/monitoring: Syslog by means of LogInspect, (SysOrb)- General server administration: Supporting Windows 200x servers

The first years of my apprenticeship at EG Data Inform, I was a part of the service and support department, in which my primary tasks were 1st level technical support as well as deploying/installing new workstations and network appliances for customers.Since then I have become part of our service operation department, in which I have been performing all-round 2nd level technical support as well as installation of new systems in our data center infrastructure.
