Playing a key role in re-forming the Probational Service programme contracts in full compliance with OJEU by creating a Dynamic Framework that could be used across all government departments, Co-missioning, and Local authorities. These services are a bundled of 11 Statutorily category services e.g. Accommodation, Employment, Training & Education, Finance, Benefits, and Debt.Responsible for producing tender documents and directing legal and analytical engagement to draft contract schedules concerning payment mechanisms and performance. Worked alongside stakeholders to establish operational and commercial requirements.Creating a Payment workstream plan for the Call- off stage and analyse the market by running market engagement sessions.Assisting on the Probation Delivery Partner, bringing current Community Rehabilitation company’s (CRC) in house back to National Probational Services (NPS).

• To source suppliers, sub-contractors, agency and works contractors on behalf of the Company through competitive tendering, local or European, and to issue tender documents and quotations in accordance with EU tendering procedures and the Tender and Contract Procedure Rules.• Successfully negotiated with current and new suppliers achieving cost savings of 20% per year with minimal change to internal procedures.• Support contract compliance in allocated categories, pursuing procurement excellence through the implementation of efficient and effective procurement projects within key market. • Develop best practice sub-category strategies for key areas of spend within the portfolio.
