Pioneered the establishment of the "Fireside Chat" segment at IBA, orchestrating the inaugural event featuring Abdul Rafay, CEO of Dunkin'.  Oversaw and coordinated activities across all seven communication platforms for job circulation and marketing initiatives.  Held the responsibility for efficient email management, addressing student queries, assisting employers in job circulation, and directing relevant emails to designated team members.  Evaluated and processed new registrations, as well as posted job opportunities on the IBA Job Portal.  Amplified partnerships with employers, elevating the count from 750 to over 1100 on the Job Portal and expanding student outreach to more than 2300.  Spearheaded the organization of guest speaking sessions, webinars, workshops, and study trips in collaboration with esteemed faculty members.  Orchestrated meetings, documented minutes, and compiled comprehensive records in a timely manner.  Introduced the innovative "Learning Hub" segment in collaboration with immediate superiors.  Played a key role in facilitating major events such as CEO forums, alumni reunions, IBA Corporate Leaders Advisory Board (ICLAB) focus group discussions, and donor dinners.  Coordinated 10 recruitment drives between February and April, catering to the needs of over 500 students.  Successfully organized industry visits for over 400 students to companies such as Total Parco, Feroze 1888, and Karachi Port Trust (KPT).  Arranged Mock Interviews with HR heads from corporate partners for graduating batches.  Managed the Student Facilitation System (SFS) portal, processing internship documents and recommendation letters for a student base exceeding 1000.  Enhanced the structure and content of the Experiential Learning Project (ELP) website and IBA Job Portal through collaborative efforts with the IT department.
