For me, as a full-time entrepreneur, I realized I’ve been guided by an unspoken personal code—a code that shapes everything I do. It’s only recently that I’ve recognized it as my driving force. This “code of action” embodies qualities that some might call personal values, and it can be summed up in one word: HOPE.I am Hardworking and Optimistic enough to trust that hard work eventually pays off. At Fibu, we are committed to tackling the problem of plastic pollution by helping companies replace fossil-based foams with sustainable alternatives whenever possible.My background is in materials engineering, with over six years in the industry, and I hold a PhD in pulp and paper technology from Mittuniversitetet.
