Operations Supervisor
Current- Provide subordinates with leadership and direction, including creating and monitoring performance criteria.- Create and adjust systems and procedures by assessing working practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, personnel, and budgetary needs, and implementing changes.- Solve administrative issues by organizing report preparation, assessing data, and determining remedies.- Manage and plan daily operations to process import and export cargo paperwork and handle cargo from acceptance to transfer for onward carriage or delivery to destinations within deadlines.- Facilitate airline operations by coordinating with airport departments and client airlines.- Control unit load device movement, handling, stock levels, and system entries to ensure station availability, optimal utilization efficiency, and resource optimization on schedule and within budget.
