CurrentManager handling all the activities related to the department, managing both the sales and technical team. • Representing different multinational companies for their products and services in the States of Qatar not only selling their equipment but also providing them local support and market intelligence and working with them on major turn key projects. Products and services that the company offers are : Structured Cabling, PA/GA System, CCTV Systems, TETRA and other RF Radio Equipment, Rugged mobiles and Tablets with MDM and MRM solutions, Transmission Systems, Test Equipment covering major wireless technologies, DC Rectifiers, PABX, Wired / Wireless Telephony and miscellaneous installation components. • Managing budgets, forecasts, cash flows, man power, logistics and stock inventory for immediate sales and first line maintenance.• Continuously evaluating and improving Sales by devising plans for both direct and indirect sales, both systems and products.• Heading bidding and execution of projects, both Technical and Commercial aspects of the jobs. • Plan, assign, direct and evaluate the work of personnel engaged in the designing, installation, commissioning and maintenance of systems and related support items.• Evaluate, select and monitor Sub-Contractors for major projects and ensure their compliance with contractual requirements. • Coordinate scheduling with sub-contractors and vendors for the purpose of coordinating activities and ensuring compliance with technical, financial, legal and administrative requirements. • Ensuring customer satisfaction with the existing customer base by providing them with Service Level Agreements and after sales support services.• Establishing new and long term partnerships with international manufacturers as their in-country representatives and adding specialized in-demand products to the portfolio. • Frequently traveling abroad in the Middle east, Europe and America representing Intertec Group at different levels.
