Current(Working With Product’s Redline, Wimax , CISCO, COMMSCOPE,)- Planning designing and implementing Routing and Switching Components; while playing an important role in System & Network Designing.- Prepared and delivered client presentations.- Provided pre-sales technical support and that including modification of product application to meet customer network configuration.- Meeting, discussing & surveying with the clients to precisely identify their IT Infrastructure requirements; follow-up with preparing & developing Bill of Material (BOM)- Developed network solutions based on analysis of business and technical requirements.- Configured/Installed Network for the Clients. (Cisco Edge Switch, Core Switch, Distribution Switch. Wireless Access Point, Wireless Access Controller.)- Provided product demonstration to include implementation/migration planning.- Provided support in designing and pre-sales engineering on Cisco & CommScope, Panduit & Redline products and services.- Reviewing client hardware configuration to ensure client meets necessary requirements for product upgrades.- Developed project scope to include professional work services estimate, services, resource assignments and allocations, and statements of work for assigned client projects.- Responsible for troubleshooting complex inter-networked systems like local area network, wireless, wide area network. - Managed configuration tools and outlined designs according to client need; provided product updates and technical advice to clients.- Provided post-sales technical expertise during installation, implementation, testing, and maintenance of company products.
