• Maintain record of approved suppliers and conduct suppliers’ initial evaluation and re-evaluation as per SASIB procedure for purchasing. Share PO with supplier, do follow-up and tracking of order for on time delivery.• Co-ordinate and attending daily production meetings to meet the on-time delivery and meet the delivery committed of customers. • Co-ordinate with logistics supplier for shipment collection, custom clearance and delivery.• Track the shipment and prepare SABER for custom clearance • Developing new supplier/Vendor and maintaining alternate sources to avoid operational delay.• Prepare monthly payment plan for the suppliers and follow up with finance team to arrange the payment for supplier / vendors on time.• Prepare and maintain record for all the documents as per API Spec Q1and organization procedure for purchasing.• Participate in internal and external audit and present the purchase department.• Gide and train (Training on procedure for purchasing and ERP) new employees in purchase department. Give tasks to subordinates and monitor daily tasks of purchase department.
