Due to my educational background and interest, I entered passenger rail travel industry and then tourism space with work in OTAs. Executive use of what I had and the acquisition of new skills, knowledge and experiences during +10 years in various fields enabled me to find the best fit with my personality and capabilities. So on the one hand, business development with a management flavor, and on the other hand product management in the guise of working in the online business space, led me to a point where I can create value and be effective. In my opinion, acceptance of existing realities is the first condition for success and due to this, then you should make decisions on destroying, building, or modifying somethings for growth. So, I try to understand the systems and create structure, teams, processes, motivation, and tools to respond to its requirements. It gives me a good feeling of being effective for everyone.
