Procurement of Plant, Design, Supply Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Distribution Plant Baghlan & Kundus 20kV Distribution Network.My responsibilities are:• Managing the whole project.• Planning and Designing of Baghlan-Afghanistan 20kV Feeders.• Load Flow analysis of Baghlan 20 kV Feeder.• Planning and Designing of Kunduz-Afghanistan 20kV Feeders. • Load Flow analysis of Kunduz 20 kV Feeder.• Coordinate design activities to ensure installation and operations will comply with specifications, codes, and client requirements.• Review electrical and project engineering work as directed by manager• Participate in department and project team meetings with client and consultant.• Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.• Preparation of Project Implementation Plan on MS Project.• Managing the insurance requirements for the project and dealing with Insurance companies.• Correspondence with vendors and client.• Dealing with sub-contractors and labors.• Taking up the matter of Soil Investigation for pole foundation.• Preparing the progress reports, schedules & regular reporting of the activities. • Preparing the schedule of received and issued material.

Worked as an Electrical Engineer in Maamaar International (Pvt) Limited. Have a sound knowledge of bidding and project execution of EPC contracts for national and international projects. Experienced in preparation of Bid for 132kV OHTL Golen Gol project of WAPDA Pakistan and 20kV Distribution project of DABS Afghanistan as detailed below:20kV Kabul, Baghlan and Kunduz Power Distribution Projects: • Study and review of technical & commercial documents of the project tendered by the Client/Employer.• Coordinate cost input from engineering and support the development of engineering negotiation budget for proposal preparation.• Preparing RFQs for procurement of 20kV Distribution line material. • Contribute to bid specification review and strategy for commenting to the RFQ from customers. Identify critical project requirements, translating customer’s requirements and project requirements into actionable items for engineering.• Preparing clarifications to the queries raised by consultants & suppliers of the material.• Developing Historical Data Base for negotiations.• Assessment of test reports of type tests and sample tests associated with line materials like Fog & normal type Porcelain disc insulators, ACSR conductors, ABC Cables, Distribution Transformers & line hardware.132 kV OHTL Projects:• Study and review of technical & commercial documents of the project tendered by the Client/Employer.• Preparing RFQs for procurement of 132kV transmission line material. • Evaluation of technical data of line material offered by suppliers in light of specifications provided by Client/Employer.• Preparing clarifications to the queries raised by consultants & suppliers of the material.• Assessment of test reports of type tests and sample tests associated with line materials like Fog & normal type Porcelain disc insulators, ACSR & AAAC conductors, Overhead Shield wire & OPGW, transmission line hardware according to the technical specifications provided by Employer.
