I consider myself fortunate to have started my career with Infosys Bangalore where I gained great exposure into Supply Chain Management. Worked for an American client and was one of the best performers throughout the journey. Infosys taught me to acknowledge the smallest of efforts made by the team members and it is the trait that drives me even today and makes me a good People Manager. At HCL, I worked for British Telecom, leading Techinical Support team, helping UK customers with their Broadband, Television and PSTN lines. At Concentrix I was one of the Assistant Managers, to be featured on the monthly "Wall of Fame" on a frequent basis, for playing vital role in Reliance Jio Pilot process. I was involved in driving Training and Development, Talent Acquisition, Driving Executable Intelligence for continuous improvements. Currently part of FedEx, In a dual responsibility, Handling Dedicated Customer Care team along with part of Customer Care Frontline members for North India support. I also play a vital role in 1st level support for the entire process for their HR and Facilities related concerns. I received FedEx Bravo Zulu Award for smoothly transitioning the team through Work From Home, at the beginning of pendamic and keeping the team motivated extend highest standards of support for the customers.
