Device Management Specialist (Systems Engineer)
CurrentAs a systems engineer with a strong background in MDM tools, I have gained valuable experience in various projects at different fulfillment centers. My responsibilities included providing and tracking requirements, stakeholder management, troubleshooting and problem solving, budget management, and adapting to deadlines through agile strategies. I also have expertise in managing large volumes of devices through MDM tools such as SOTI MobiControl and EloView, as well as through other methods. I have also designed and implemented security policies, enrolled updates and changes, and applied changes through Git repositories. In addition, I have worked closely with the control room for high priority tasks, communicated with suppliers for bug resolution and feature requests, and managed security systems such as CCTV and card readers on Genetec systems. My attention to detail and proactive approach has allowed me to effectively document instructions for other systems engineers and service desk staff, maintain patch management and performance tests on Android devices, and provide scalable solutions for changes, fixes, and new devices. I have also gained experience in basic network switch configuration on Juniper switches and optimizing workstations for productivity and device management. Additionally, I have contributed to innovations by providing feedback and proof of concept, participated in FTE planning and interviews, and implemented asset management systems such as TOPdesk to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
