I joined this company as a project manager and took charge of the project from the beginning. Due to personal responsibility and a lack of skilled workforce in the company, I was responsible for about 70% of its development. I successfully completed the project with the support of an assistant and a part-time coder, and generated additional revenue for the company, amounting to approximately 3000 per hour in addition to the initial contract. The skills implemented in this project went beyond the defined job position and were very extensive. Dealing with government entities, managers being occupied with other projects, and prioritizing other projects put a lot of pressure on me. However, in the hope of progress within the company and creating better opportunities, I dedicated 14 to 18 hours daily for 29 months until the completion of the project. Due to the lack of maturity and noticeable professional behavior from the managers, as well as a deep understanding of the importance of human resources, the delay in salary payments for about 5 months, the absence of completion bonuses, the shortage of workforce, and the lack of appreciation, I intend to leave the company.

I started working in this company with a background in C# and website samples, providing software support for accounting. Simultaneously, while working on the development of the capable accounting software, I also ventured into native Android mobile programming. In the midst of these tasks, I became involved in web development using Angular. The range of skills and tasks I have undertaken in this organization has been extremely diverse.
