Preparation of the company’s Financial Reports such as Profit & Loss A/c &Balance sheet.Providing the management vital reports like cash flow statements, Budgets and costing systems.Liaison with auditors on matters pertaining to the proper conducting of the audit, including the timing of audit reporting requirements.Dealing with Inland Revenue Department and Labour department as to the VAT. WHT, PAYE, EPF and ETF matter.Provide Management Information on ad hoc basis for decision making.Monitor cooperate equipment sales outstanding recovery;Review daily, weekly and monthly performance of credit collection;Preparing Debtors Reconciliation, age analysis on the outstanding Report; Preparing Bank ReconciliationHandling in Petty cash & Salary & payroll Handling Physical Stock Takings, Maintaining Stocks, Analyzing Stock Movements & Identifying Undelivered Stocks.
